Join the Holiday Hustle Challenge – a 6-Week Fitness Program to Keep You Moving Through the Holidays.

GOAL: Stay active and build strength with a balanced workout plan through the holiday season.
BENEFITS: Motivation, accountability, strength, and energy boost.

I’ll provide a structured training plan, or you can follow your own! To participate, simply complete one upper body and one lower body resistance workout each week, along with three conditioning cardio sessions (a compound exercise followed by a 2-5 minute cardio sprint).
Example Training Split:

Monday: Upper Body + Conditioning Cardio

Tuesday: Conditioning Cardio

Thursday: Lower Body

Friday: Conditioning Cardio
How it works:

Check in every Saturday to earn an entry into the prize drawing.
