If a workout is hard enough, you will know it....
During a workout you should think four things:
1.“ Ah, lawd I’m not going to make it.”
2.“I want to quit.”
3.“I’m going to die if I keep going.”
4.“I’d rather pass than finish this shiiit.”
That is the effort required. Anything less is not acceptable.
Learn to hurt and learn to suffer.
This may seem super extreme but its my new way of approaching my triathlon training.
Sarimar, and Cassie I need you to keep my out of my comfort zone! Britni will you make sure I don't starve myself ( i.e get comfortable taking my fat burners?)!! Guin, can we do the 13 miles for time every on Saturday mornings from here on out? Thank you all in advance!
