This is a training plan for intermediate to advanced lifters.
GOAL: LEAN AND BUILD MUSCLE BKA TONE
You will need to have a gym membership in order to complete the majority of the workouts.
This training plan includes.
CORE, CARDIO, STRENGTH, HIGH INTENSISTY, AND FUNCTIONAL WORKOUTS. I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED EXERCISE DEMOS.
