8- Week Plan Recommended for Advanced Runners
This training plan also comes with a runners meal plan, and acountability checks. You will be required to keep a detailed log of your runs. You will also have mandatory check ins twice a week, where you will need to show your logs. Your checks will allow us to review your progress and implement any needed changes.

The form will help us get some information about you and the event you are preparing for. We will then email your training plan within 72 hours of reciept of your completed questionaire form.
