Garage Gym Summer PT sessions
You have four session options
- 35 min Upper Body weight Workout $35
- 35 min Lower Body weight Workout $35
- 35 min Conditioning Workout $30 EX: bodyweight tabata. kettlebells, boxing, cycling type workout. Focus is to increase your cardio endurance!
- 45 min Full Body Workout $45 PRICES ARE GOOD FOR UP TO TWO PEOPLE! YEP YOU CAN BRING A BESTIE/ BUDDY FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST!
Pay for 4 or more sessions inthe beginning and you will get a meal plan, and accountability texts from me in between sessions.
All sessions will be in my Garage Gym on either
Mondays or Wednesday choose
BETWEEN THE TIMES OF
430AM AND 830AM or 4PM AND 6PM
Once you know the days and times you want plesae email Amber@inawefitness.com letting us know the date, session option, and time preferred. wait for reply/confirmation email cash app or zelle are the only ways you can pay for sessions. Sessions have to be paid for within 30 mins of of confirmaton or you will lose the spot. Must cancel atleast 48 hours in advance in order to reschedule. To make sure you are warmed up prior to the session I'm asking that you park at either the Splawn Ranch travel center or Alice Douse Elementary and either jog or speed walk to my house! I'm not even a mile from either. If you having any reserves concerning this requirment... we can semi negotiate. If you are late we will still finish the remaning time you have for session even if its only 10 mins remaining. So its always best to be on time!
