Service Description
Rather than engaging in a High Intensity Workout, our plan is to conduct a session involving low-intensity stretching and foam rolling. I wish I could enforce this for all clients, although I understand that might not be feasible. It's intriguing how we readily allocate time for rigorous weightlifting in our packed schedules. Let's encourage the same enthusiasm for stretching and recovery activities. If you happen to possess a yoga mat and foam roller, kindly bring them along. Woot! Woot!
