Our group gathers every Saturday for workouts that combine running and walking, with durations of 30, 40, or 50 minutes. Instead of fixating on distance, we prioritize moving in sync with your body's comfort level. 🏃♀️ Open to all Fitchics members for FREE! 💵 Drop-in option available for just $10!
